Century Rollforming designs and builds rafts (cassettes) for existing machine bases. This is often in conjunction with re-tooling new profiles on existing machines. Century has designed rafts for smaller 1 ½” rollformers, up through 2”, 2.5”, 3”, 3.5” and 4” shaft diameter machines in a variety of drive styles, OEM brands and configurations.

If coupled with a roll tool set for a new part profile, the rafts can be shipped from Century Rollforming with the roll tooling pre-installed to initial adjustment settings developed during tool tryout.
