Century’s Tryout Department is fully equipped and staffed to test, develop and de-bug roll tool sets and integrated tool packages before shipment to your productions facility. Century’s tryout rollfomers from can test rolls from 1 ½” to 4” tool bores and up to 36” in roll space. With our own presses, uncoiling, material feeding equipment and welding equipment, it is routine for Century to develop pre-punched, cut off dies and equipment and/or welded profiles on our floor. The floor space is available to receive your existing equipment, set it up for re-tool and tool integration and return ship it with the tooling pre-installed if desired.
