Designing and building roll tooling is Century Rollforming’s core business. Full CAD design documentation is provided for all roll tool sets designed and built by Century. Our standard procedure is to tryout out a newly designed and manufactured tool set in our own rollformers, using customer supplied production specification material. If desired, we can receive our customer’s rollformer and other equipment for use on our floor during tool tryout.

Whether your application requires routine roll tooling for simple shapes, or more complex tool concepts, such as combination tool sets, side-by-side tooling, integration of secondary processes such as pre-punching or welding, tool bores from under 1” to over 4”, Century Rollforming has the experience, expertise and equipment to provide complete tool packages. In company with our staff metallurgists at our sister company Century Sun Metal Treating, Century Rollforming can engineer tool materials and/or coatings to satisfy specific requirements within a tool design to optimize tool performance and economic justifications.
