Century Rollforming's roll tooling is produced from tool steel, faced, bored and turned to profile on CNC lathes. After the keyways are broached, the roll tools are heat treated, hard turned on CNC lathes and ID precision ground in relation to the OD profile for superior accuracy. Century’s roll tooling is manufactured from high quality tool steels that can be engineered specific to applications as required.
