Century Rollforming owns TIG (GTAW) weld equipment that can be used in conjunction with our rollfomers to develop the roll tooling, pre-punch and cut off dies and/or other equipment on our floor before shipment to your production facility.

In addition to developing TIG welding / rollforming production processes, Century Rollforming has used the TIG process to develop prototypes for applications that use high frequency induction welding as a production process. This technique has proven to be especially effective to reduce the project launch time required when there is an existing high frequency welder that must be used.
