In response to our customer’s demand for “single tool source responsibility," Century Rollforming has developed tool packages that can be completely tried out for approval on our floor before shipment to our customer’s production facility. These packages can be developed using our customer’s equipment, or Century’s own tryout presses and rollformers.

Tool packages commonly include pre-punch and cut off dies along with the roll tools. This allows pre-punch distortion through the roll tools to be developed out of the pre-punch dies and the proper fit of the rollformed cross section to the cut off dies to be accomplished before shipment to your production floor.
